Refund policy

Referring to Our subscription plans and service fee, we will issue a full refund to our subscribed customer if we will not be able to resolve even a single problem for them within the first 7 days of the subscription. If there are one or multiple problems resolved within first 7 days, the subscription fee will not be refundable. However, after 7 days of subscription, no refund shall be made by us.

Also we may, at our sole discretion and on a issue by issue basis, agree to refund the fees after deducting charges for assisting the customer. Refund shall be directly credited to the credit card or to the same mode of transfer, the details of which are registered with us. On the specific request of the customer we may process the refund in some other’s account subject to submission of such documents/information as may be asked by us for the said purpose.

For one time only subscription plans, customer will be eligible for refund only when: Customer have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem But the problem was not resolved within that day. OR The problem is out of scope for the particular plan.
